From July 30th to August 1st the Sea Festival/ Baltic Sail maritime events will take place in Klaipeda, Lithuania.  We are happy to invite you, your family, your friends and sailing ships, historic boats and their crews to participate in colourful Baltic Sail event during traditional Sea Festival.

Klaipėda welcomes all kinds of ships: historical replicas, tall ships, schooners and all kinds of modern ships and navy vessel. Ships will be moored in the Cruise Terminal territory and Dane river – the downtown of Klaipeda.

Sea Festival is the biggest summer event in Lithuania attracting half million visitors and organized for more than 70 years. Through decades and up to our days, the wide variety is typical for the festival structure. In its program one can find classical and rock, “country” and jazz, pop music concerts. Much attention is dedicated to the opportunity for every age group to find their event. Crafts fair is one of the greatest events of nowadays Sea Festival – about 300 crafts people and sellers from all over Lithuania participate in it. Another remarkable feature of the Sea Festival is artistic festival accents and decoration of event areas. Artists and painters create unique artistic accents, creatively decorate Klaipeda Old Town, which adds to distinguishing the Sea Festival and city itself from other similar events in Lithuania. Following old traditions, organizers give the special attention to maritime traditions accents – seamen get high rate of respect Sailors’ Party granted with the status of an outstanding event.

Baltic Sail gives a chance for Festival visitor to look at lovely restored ships and experience marine traditions. You can sail from harbour to harbour or choose just a daytrip as a trainee or a sailing guest, get new experiences and make new friends from all over the world.
